iPhone 电池健康怎么看？低于几% 要换？
下午三点就没电？买新机之前，先检查电池 —— 通常换电池就能解决，而且便宜得多。

怎样看
- 打开 设置 › 电池点按 电池健康与充电。
- 看「最大容量」代表电池现在能装多少电，跟新的时候比。
- 看有没有提示如果写「维修」或提示峰值性能受限，电池已经老了。
- iPhone 15 以后：看充电次数设置 › 通用 › 关于本机，看得到电池充过几次（循环次数）。
什么时候要换
- 最大容量 80% 左右或以下
- 20–30% 就自动关机，或在冷气房突然关机
- 一天要充电两次
- 手机变慢、变热
- 屏幕被顶起、旁边有缝 —— 电池可能胀了，马上停用，并带来门市检查。
电池怎样用得久一点
热是电池最大的敌人。不要边充电边玩游戏，也不要把手机放在车头曝晒在吉隆坡、吧生的大太阳下。使用品质较好的充电线和充电头 —— 劣质产品容易发热。
