- Tengok dalam port chargingHabuk poket lama-lama padat dalam port. Matikan telefon dan keluarkan perlahan-lahan dengan pencungkil gigi kayu — jangan guna besi.
- Baca mesej di skrinJika keluar “Liquid Detected”, cabut kabel dan biarkan telefon kering. Jangan teruskan charge telefon yang basah.
- Berhenti di 80%?iPhone yang lebih baru boleh berhenti charge di 80% untuk jaga bateri. Semak Settings → Battery → Charging. Ini normal.
- Restart telefonRestart selalunya boleh selesaikan charging yang tersekat.
- Semak Battery HealthSettings → Battery → Battery Health & Charging. Bateri yang lemah boleh habis secepat ia dicas.
Tanda perlu repair
- Hanya boleh charge bila kabel dipegang senget, atau kabel rasa longgar.
- Wireless charging boleh tapi kabel tak boleh — biasanya port charging.
- Telefon pernah masuk air sebelum masalah ini — karat di dalam boleh makin teruk setiap hari.
- Telefon panas atau tunjuk 0% lalu mati — bateri atau komponen charging pada motherboard.

- Masuk air: diagnosis awal (Visual Mechanical Inspection, VMI) percuma, cuci RM80–RM120 dengan keputusan hari yang sama.
