- Charge 30 minitGuna kabel dan charger yang pasti elok. Bateri yang betul-betul kosong perlukan masa sebelum logo Apple keluar.
- Force restartTekan dan lepas volume naik, tekan dan lepas volume turun, kemudian tekan lama butang tepi 15–20 saat.
- Semak skrinKalau ada bunyi, getaran atau telefon berdering bila dihubungi, telefon mungkin hidup tapi skrin saja yang rosak.
- Masih tiada apa-apa?Jangan charge berulang kali dan jangan buka sendiri. Bawa ke kedai supaya juruteknik boleh cari punca sebenar.
Bateri, skrin atau motherboard?
Bateri: bateri yang terlalu lama boleh buat telefon tak boleh hidup, atau mati sendiri pada 20–30%. Ini paling mudah dibaiki.
Skrin: telefon sebenarnya hidup (bergetar, berbunyi atau dikesan komputer) tetapi skrin kekal hitam.
Motherboard: langsung tiada tanda hidup, tersekat di logo Apple, atau mati selepas masuk air atau terjatuh. Litar pintas atau cip rosak pada motherboard sering berlaku — kadang-kadang selepas kedai lain sudah tukar alat ganti tapi masih tak elok.
Bila baiki motherboard berbaloi
- Gambar, video dan chat belum di-backup — telefon baru tak boleh kembalikan data, baiki motherboard beri peluang untuk simpan data.
- Model yang masih baru dan mahal untuk diganti.
