Apa maksud mesej ini
iPhone yang lebih baharu menyemak sama ada bateri, skrin dan beberapa alat ganti lain ialah alat ganti asli Apple yang dipasang melalui proses repair Apple. Jika telefon tidak dapat mengesahkannya, ia tunjuk mesej seperti “Unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine Apple battery”, dan alat ganti itu disenaraikan sebagai Unknown Part.
Ini bukan bermaksud telefon rosak. Bateri atau skrin kualiti tinggi tetap berfungsi seperti biasa — telefon cuma memberitahu ia bukan alat ganti asli Apple.
Cara semak iPhone anda
- Buka SettingsPergi ke Settings → General → About.
- Cari “Parts and Service History”Bahagian ini hanya muncul jika ada alat ganti yang pernah ditukar. Jika tiada, maknanya tiada rekod.
- Tengok statusnyaGenuine Apple Part = alat ganti asli Apple melalui proses Apple. Unknown Part = telefon tidak dapat mengesahkannya.
Mana satu patut pilih?
- Tak mahu sebarang mesej, atau nak guna lama / jual semula: pilih alat ganti asli Apple. Selepas repair, rekod tunjuk “Genuine”.
- Nak cepat siap dan harga lebih rendah: alat ganti kualiti tinggi pun okay — mesej akan muncul, tapi alat ganti berfungsi seperti biasa.
- Nak beli iPhone terpakai? Semak bahagian ini dulu — ia tunjuk apa yang pernah ditukar.
