Who we are
iFix One Stop Solution repairs iPhone, iPad, MacBook, Samsung and other Android phones. We started in Klang, and today we have 9 branches in Klang, Setia Alam and Johor Bahru, plus a computer shop.
Our HQ is at 25-0, Jalan Batu Nilam 5, Bandar Bukit Tinggi, Klang — opposite Giant Bukit Tinggi. Most repairs, including iPad and logic board work, are done here.
Apple Independent Repair Provider
iFix is an Apple Independent Repair Provider (IRP). That means we can order Apple genuine parts directly from Apple and repair them through Apple’s process — after the repair, the iPhone shows the part as Genuine.
On Apple’s website you can find iFix at Klang HQ (the only IRP in Klang), Setia Alam, Mount Austin (two shops) and Sutera Mall.
How we work
- Check first, price first. The technician checks your phone and tells you the price. We only start when you say OK.
- Your choice of parts. Apple genuine parts, or high-quality parts for better value — we explain the difference.
- Free initial diagnosis (Visual Mechanical Inspection, VMI) for water damage and logic board problems. Board repair: you only pay if we fix it.
- Warranty on repairs — iFix warranty, and 6–12 months on Apple genuine batteries and screens depending on the model.

One of the best service, repair my phone within 10 minutes, screen glued.
