Where is iFix in Klang?

How much is an iPhone battery replacement?
Apple genuine battery from RM370 (6–12 months warranty depending on model); high-quality battery from RM160 (6 months warranty).
How much is an iPhone screen replacement?
It depends on the model and whether you choose Apple genuine or high-quality. WhatsApp us your model for a quote.
How long do repairs take?
High-quality battery 30–45 min; high-quality screen 45–60 min; Apple genuine battery or screen 2–3 hours; water damage result on the same day; board repair 1–3 days.
Why does an Apple genuine repair take 2–3 hours?
We open the phone, clean the inside properly, and reseal it with Apple’s original waterproof adhesive. Drop it off in the morning and collect it the same day.
Do I need to book?
Walk-ins are welcome. WhatsApp 016-718 5234 to book a time so we can start when you arrive.
Will you tell me the price first?
Yes. The technician checks, quotes, and only starts after you agree.
What if you cannot fix my board?
The initial diagnosis (Visual Mechanical Inspection, VMI) for board repair is free, and if we cannot fix it, you don’t pay the repair charge.
My phone fell into water. What should I do?
Power it off, don’t charge it, don’t put it in rice, and bring it in. The initial diagnosis (Visual Mechanical Inspection, VMI) is free; cleaning is RM80–RM120 with the result on the same day. Water damage cleaning has no warranty.
Will I lose my data?
Battery and screen repairs normally don’t touch your data. Back up before any repair anyway. For a dead phone, a board repair gives a chance of recovering the data, but we cannot promise it.

What is iFix’s connection with Apple?
iFix is an Apple Independent Repair Provider (IRP) — Klang HQ, Setia Alam, Mount Austin and Sutera Mall are listed on Apple’s website — so genuine Apple parts come directly from Apple. Repairs are covered by iFix’s own warranty, not Apple’s warranty.
