When a Samsung Tab A7 stops charging, many people think the battery is gone. We connected a tester to the Type-C port and one reading was wrong — the problem was the charging port.

After replacing the charging port, every reading was normal again. Find the real fault first, then fix it — no need to replace parts at random.

The customer had already tried three cables and the iPhone still would not charge. We connected it to a charging-port tester that shows the reading of every pin — one pin showed a red “OL”, meaning that line was broken.

After fitting a new charging port flex, all 8 pins read normally and charging was back.

This yellow iPhone XR would not turn on after getting wet. Our technician opened it up and repaired it — it turns on again and is back in daily use.

If your phone gets wet, do not wait. The sooner you bring it in, the better the chance of saving it.

The customer woke up and the iPad Pro 12.9 would not turn on. We opened it and found a short circuit on the logic board.

Our technician located the short and repaired it — the lock screen came back on and the iPad works normally again.

This iPad Pro started with touch not working properly. It went to another shop, and later it would turn on with no display at all. A friend recommended iFix.

This iPhone would not turn on, and several repairers before us could not fix it. When we checked, the fault was in the CPU.

The CPU is soldered onto the logic board, so it is done with temperature-controlled hot air, step by step under a microscope. After the repair, the phone turned on.

This iPad Pro 11 (2018) came in with a swollen (bloated) battery. At our Klang HQ we opened it up, took out the old battery and fitted an Apple genuine battery.

Inside an iPad, the battery takes up most of the space behind the screen, so a swollen battery pushes against the display. If you notice a gap or the screen lifting, stop charging and bring it in early. Labels in the photo are hidden.

At our Klang HQ we replaced this iPhone 15 Pro Max’s battery with an Apple genuine battery, supplied by Apple.

After installing it, we connect the phone to Apple Diagnostics (the screen shows “Waiting for support”) so Apple’s tools can check the phone and complete the repair. Serial numbers in the photos are hidden to protect the customer.
