For an Apple genuine battery we open the phone, clean the inside properly, and reseal it with Apple’s original waterproof adhesive, then complete Apple’s repair process. Drop it off in the morning and collect it the same day.

Yes — it works normally and comes with a 6-month iFix warranty. The difference is that newer iPhones may show it is not an Apple genuine part.
Do all iFix branches charge the same for a genuine battery?
Yes. The Apple genuine battery price is the same at every iFix branch.
How do I know my battery needs replacing?
Check Settings → Battery → Battery Health & Charging. Below about 80%, or if the phone shuts down at 20–30%, it is time.
